Auto- renewal Traps

Overall experience was extremely poor. I think the site was engineered to take your money. You can’t even click anything with asking for money and some unreasonable layered premium level. There is also the trap of auto-renewal of subscription. If you are not careful, you will be sucked dried. I made a test trial and they auto-renews my subscription. The probably hid the auto- renew clause some where in fine prints. Unbelievable 😭

I have been charged) $65 a month for 12 months for a subscription I didn’t join. I emailed them the reply was stay and they will give me 2 months free. Be aware people.

Dating sites often have mixed results, or at least that's what people say. Being newly single after 10 years, I found this site easy to use and with a fair number of profiles. My only gripe is that even with distance filters, you'll get matches from very far away. It's not very practical. Also, there are many matches but few replies. It seems promising but delivers little. That was my experiance. On the plus side, you can pick the service package you need to control your subscription fee, and the company provides very good customer service.

Impossible to stop the charges. I had to have my bank dispute. It’s impossible to cancel with them. Stay away!!

Not too bad, I guess the agents are just good at negotiating, but going back and forth about my money was really tiring, in the end they gave it back. They renewed my upgraded subscription without asking me, which really scared me. I asked for a refund, they offered some deals I didn’t like. They finally agreed to give back half, which I said no to at first but then accepted since I needed that money for something important. They sent 50% on Sunday, then another payment came on Tuesday somehow. So yeah, they’re just people and they do listen.

Deceptive, expensive, dishonest

If you want to be deceived into spending money you have not agreed to. Or become trapped into a subscription you did not agree to. Or be matched or liked by fictitious or deleted profiles or people that live overseas or thousands of kilometers away, join up. This is just another money making scam, preying on lonely or vulnerable people. DISGRACEFUL.
