STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY This company should not be allowed to operate. I regret ever hiring them and regret the decision every day. They are unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest in how they treat customers, bordering on criminal behavior with their actions. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not even to my worst enemy! They damaged all my furniture, stole 5 large boxes, and when it was time for delivery, they demanded more money, holding my belongings hostage. I’ve filed complaints with the DOT, BBB, and local police. I’m also talking with lawyers about suing them for the damages. They trick you into signing a contract that has a reimbursement of only 60c/lb buried in the fine print. They rush you so you don't have time to read all the details. 60c/lb is nothing and gives them free reign to ruin your life. This company has turned everything upside down for me, and they need to be held accountable for their actions.
