    I was trying to top

I was trying to top up my STC SIM from India, you know, and spent about 8 bucks on this site. Thought it’d be easy, but nope, nothing happened after the payment. There was no confirmation or anything in the account history. It’s like my money just vanished into thin air. I checked my SIM, hoping maybe it’d get credited somehow, but nada. Feeling a bit frustrated, to be honest. Just wanted a quick and smooth recharge, but instead, it turned into a bit of a hassle. Learned my lesson, I guess, but still bummed about the lost cash.

    Buyer beware

So I bought this service thinking it would work with my iPhone 15, but no luck. My phone is locked to my service provider, and even though it's paid off, it still wouldn't unlock. It turns out it doesn’t work with most USA based services, so I ended up wasting my money. I even paid an extra $8 to avoid being blacklisted, but it didn’t make a difference. They couldn’t unlock my phone. Honestly, don’t waste your money on this. It’s a scam, and you’ll end up just throwing your money away like I did. Buyer beware, seriously.

    I thought buying a $20

I thought buying a $20 gift card for my friend's birthday would be simple, but it turned into a real hassle. I ended up paying $26 for it, and even then, the order isn't completed. I was counting on this being sorted out quickly, but it's stuck somewhere due to local service issues. Now I'm left without a gift and a lot of frustration. I really wanted to give a good review, but this experience just makes it impossible to give anything close to 5 stars. This has made things so much more stressful than they needed to be.

    I was a bit worried

I was a bit worried at first since it took longer than I thought, probably cause of some security stuff. But, honestly, the wait was worth it. Got back a ton of information that I needed. Now, I’m actually considering giving the unlock feature a shot. Just got this new phone, but it's carrier locked, and no luck with getting an esim from any carrier I tried. They all say it's not compatible. Hoping the unlock feature will fix that, cause I really want to get it working. Overall, happy with the service despite the wait.

    I was trying to make

I was trying to make a simple purchase, and my card got denied even though I had plenty of funds. Yet, somehow they still managed to charge me $30.99. No real humans to talk to, just some useless AI help center that couldn't understand anything I was saying. Kept asking for an order number and didn’t get what happened. Tried waiting for a response by email for 24 hours, but they never even took my info for the inquiry! This whole experience was beyond frustrating. Anyone know a legit site that isn't a complete scam?

    You won't believe what happened

You won't believe what happened to me with Ais in Thailand. Tried paying for my number using crypto, seemed like a cool idea, right? But they hit me back saying the payment can’t go through since it’s not a prepaid number. So, I asked for a refund, and they assured me they'd sort it out. Days passed, weeks even, and nothing. No refund, no follow-up, just radio silence. I'm out 50 bucks, and it feels like they just vanished on me. Honestly, feels like a total scam. Beware if you're thinking of using crypto with them.

    Today was my wife's birthday,

Today was my wife's birthday, and I thought a gift card would be a nice surprise. So, I bought one in the morning after a friend recommended this site. Paid for it and got an email to verify my identity, which I did immediately. They said the order would be delivered instantly, but it's been 9 hours and nothing. I've sent follow-up emails, but no one has responded. This has been really frustrating and disappointing. Can someone please help complete order 5532254? Really hoping to get this sorted out soon. Thanks.

    Definitely misleading

So, I recently tried using this company to unlock my phone, thinking they’d help me get the code I needed. They charged me 3 euros just to tell me what I already knew – that I’d still have to pay a huge fee to my carrier for the unlock code. Felt like a total waste of time and money. They made it seem like they’d solve my problem, but all I got was the same info I started with. Honestly, it was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend their service if you’re looking for actual help. Definitely misleading.

    It was terrible

I recently had a terrible experience trying to send airtime to a friend in Swaziland. I thought it would be simple, but it never arrived. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but they were absolutely useless. No help at all, just kept giving me the run-around. It's so frustrating! I spent my money for nothing. Don't use this service, seriously. Find another provider that actually delivers on what they promise. Save yourself the headache and avoid them. Total waste of time and money.

    I tried to unlock my

I tried to unlock my phone with this service, but it was a complete disaster. First, they claimed my phone wasn't blacklisted, but then they couldn't unlock it anyway. They kept sending me emails saying my request was rejected. To make things worse, they didn't refund my money like they promised. They said if they can't unlock it, they'll take 15% and return the rest, but I got nothing back. Feels like a scam, and now I'm out of money with a still-locked phone. Not a good experience at all.

    I tried topping up my

I tried topping up my phone number 07742***** on November 9th with 10 euros. But instead of getting the credit, my statement showed something weird: doctorsim r3571+1207******esp. Now my account is still showing zero balance, like I never topped up at all. I even used the wrong email, so I don’t have an order number to reference. I’ve tried reaching out online, but no one has responded to me. Can someone help me out? Either give me a refund or credit my account properly, please. Thanks.

    I accidentally topped up my

I accidentally topped up my sim with Orange in Spain using Doctorsim. They took my money, but I didn't get any documentation or recharge for two days. My sim completely stopped working. I ended up going to an Orange shop, where they gave me a new sim. Doctorsim won't refund the €25 I spent. It was really frustrating and felt like a total waste of money. Even though it was a mistake, it shouldn't be this hard to fix. Definitely won't be using them again, it's just not worth the hassle.

    I tried to recharge my

I tried to recharge my phone with Etisalat through this service, and it was a mess. They said they were adding a certain amount, but I got less. Plus, they slapped on a service fee that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. So, the amount I thought I was recharging ended up being less than expected. Had to go back to them multiple times to get the right amount. Felt like I was getting ripped off every step of the way. Definitely feels like a scam. Not honest at all. I wouldn't trust them again.

    It was a total hassle

I recently tried to make a purchase and it was a total hassle. Every single transaction gets blocked, and they always ask for extra verification and documents. It's super frustrating and just makes the whole process way more complicated than it should be. On top of that, they're really slow with deliveries. I've got two orders that still haven't arrived, and it's been ages. Their service just isn't up to par. Wouldn't recommend it at all if you want a smooth and quick experience.

    Frustrating experience

I had a frustrating experience trying to top up my account. Tried twice, no luck. Kept getting emails asking for a 4-digit code that never came. When I clicked "can’t find the code," they asked for a screenshot of my bank statement. Sent it over, and then they replied saying they hoped the transaction went through. Spoiler: it didn’t. Got charged twice for nothing. Super annoying. Just wanted to add funds, and now I'm down double with nothing to show for it. Not cool at all.

    I was so excited to

I was so excited to use my $25 Apple gift card, but it turned out to be a dud. I’ve been reaching out for a couple of days now, but still no word back. It’s just frustrating, you know? I feel let down and a bit upset about the whole thing. I just want a working code, that's all. It's not much to ask, right? I hope someone can step in and sort this out soon. I really need a valid code, it's been a hassle. Feeling a bit lost here, hoping for a quick fix so I can move on.

    Not worth the trouble

I was super excited to use this app at first. The first transaction went smooth and I thought I had found my new go-to. But then things got tricky. For my next purchases, they wanted me to prove the money left my credit card. It's a hassle, takes days, and I'm still waiting on three purchases to go through. Really frustrating experience. Just a heads up, this app can be quite the headache after your first transaction. Not worth the trouble.

    I had a horrible experience

I had a horrible experience with this company. I paid to top up my South Africa number, but they only gave me a quarter of what I paid for. It's been over a week now, and they keep ignoring my messages, sending the same email every time. It feels like they're not listening at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money trying to fix things. This has been the worst service I've ever dealt with.

    You won't believe what happened

You won't believe what happened with doctorSIM. Paid for a top-up on my Portugal Vodaphone sim, thinking it'd be a smooth process. But nope, service never came through. Reached out to their customer care, they claimed everything was done on their end. Meanwhile, Vodaphone suspended my service. Tried getting a refund from doctorSIM, but they went radio silent. Honestly, it's frustrating. Wouldn't recommend trusting them.

    I can't believe what happened.

I can't believe what happened. I paid these guys to recharge my sim card. They said it was done and even sent me an invoice that looked legit, with the mobile company's name and everything. But when I contacted the actual mobile company, they told me the invoice was fake. I got scammed! I feel so ripped off and frustrated. It's crazy how they tricked me with a fake invoice. Be careful, everyone, don't fall for this.

    I had the worst time

I had the worst time with this vendor. Paid 24 Euros to top up my Hotlink mobile, but nothing happened. They claimed the order was done, but my balance didn’t change. Turns out, they charged a Diggi line instead! I kept telling them it’s not Diggi, it's Hotlink, but they just didn't get it. So frustrating. Waste of money and time. Thumbs down for sure.

    I paid $4 to see

I paid $4 to see if my phone was blacklisted. The report said it wasn't, so I got pretty excited. But when I tried to unlock it from the carrier, turns out they can't or won't do it. Super disappointing, to be honest. I thought this service would solve my problem, but it didn't. Not worth the money, in my opinion.
