    You wouldn't believe the experience

You wouldn't believe the experience I just had! Tried to buy a $100 gift card and it's been a nightmare. Hours have passed and it's still on hold. First, they wanted a screenshot of my bank statement, which I sent. Then, they asked for pictures of my card. Sent those too. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, they told me to keep waiting because of their "security protocols." I mean, what gives? The money's gone from my account, I've provided every proof they asked for, and my account's verified. Why make it so hard? I used to think Doctorsim was top-notch, but now, I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. Super frustrating!

    I stumbled upon this service

I stumbled upon this service that claims they can unlock any phone, even if it's not fully paid off. Sounded like a lifesaver, right? So I paid the fee, hoping to free up my phone. But then comes the twist—they tell me they can't actually unlock it. And guess what? The fee isn’t refundable! It's kind of frustrating, especially since AT&T does this for free once you’ve paid off your device. Felt like I got a bit misled, honestly. It’s a bummer when the promise doesn’t match the reality. Probably should’ve just waited for AT&T to do it for free. Lesson learned, I guess. Maybe I should have read more reviews before jumping in!

    So disappointment

I recently stumbled upon this service that seemed too good to be true, and unfortunately, it was. I paid $4, thinking I was getting a great deal. But what I actually got was, well, nothing. They have this slick system where they send out emails asking for positive reviews on Trustpilot, promising a refund in return. But guess what? That refund never sees the light of day. It's all just smoke and mirrors to boost their ratings. The whole experience felt like a well-orchestrated scam. If you're thinking about giving them a try, I’d say save your money and your time. It's just not worth the hassle or the disappointment.

It’s just not worth the hassle

I tried buying a $20 Apple gift card from this site, and it turned into a nightmare. I paid with my MasterCard on July 17, 2025, and they asked for ID verification, which I did. They even made me send my bank statement and driver’s license. It’s been over a week, and the gift card never showed up in my email. Yet, they charged me $23.16. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, sending all required documents, but there's been no resolution. This site feels like a total scam. They just take your money and don't deliver what you paid for. I’d seriously advise avoiding this website. It’s just not worth the hassle.

    I was just trying to

I was just trying to get some help with my order, but dealing with Juan and Armando from the email support team in the Spanish area was a nightmare. I've been a customer for years, placing countless orders, and usually, things get sorted out smoothly. But this time? Nope. Instead of helping, they just refunded me when I mentioned I was already verified. Seriously? I was just pointing out something that used to be routine! It's frustrating when the people who are supposed to assist you don't seem to have a clue. It's disappointing to see the service decline like this after being a loyal customer for so long.

    I thought I'd finally get

I thought I'd finally get my mom connected to the internet, so I signed her up with Flow when their agent came around. I paid a hefty $3000, and they promised we'd be online within a week. Fast forward three weeks, and still nothing. No internet, no updates. I called the number the agent gave me, and they just apologized, saying Flow hadn't even run the lines in our area yet. Felt like a huge waste of both time and money. Flow really dropped the ball here—promised one thing, delivered nothing. If you’re considering them, be cautious. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

    I decided to buy some

I decided to buy some credit for my phone, thinking it would be a quick and easy process. But, after they charged my card, my SIM got paused, and I didn’t receive any credit at all. I was told to check my inbox for more information, but there was absolutely nothing there. It’s really frustrating because now I'm left with no service and out of pocket. I tried reaching out for help, hoping for a refund, but so far, no response. It feels like they're just ignoring the issue. I just want my money back and my service restored without all this hassle. Would appreciate if they could sort this out quickly.

    Okay, so let me tell

Okay, so let me tell you about this experience I had. I came across this website and thought it seemed legit. But boy, was I wrong. After making a purchase, they just went silent. No response, no refund. It was like they vanished into thin air. My brother had the same problem, so it’s not just me. It's like they just took our money and ran. The address they have listed is in Madrid, but it's all sketchy. Even authorities are onto them. Seriously, if you're thinking about buying from them, just don't. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear. You've been warned, this site is nothing but trouble.

I was pretty excited to get my Pelephone SIM for my trip to Israel. Everything seemed fine at first, but after a few hours, it just stopped working. I tried everything to fix it, but no luck. Frustrated, I reached out to their customer service, hoping they’d help me out. Instead, they weren’t helpful at all. It felt like they didn’t even care about my issue. I explained everything and even showed proof, but they refused to refund me. It was like talking to a brick wall. Honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I expected way better support, especially after things went wrong so fast.

    Completly scam

I recently tried to top up my cousin's Vodafone prepaid credit in Germany, paying 25 euros from my debit card. But guess what? My cousin never got the credit. The money was deducted from my account, but the credit just vanished into thin air. It's super frustrating. I mean, I expected a seamless process, but instead, I'm left with a lighter bank account and no credit. Customer service? Well, let's just say they weren’t much help. It feels like I'm caught in some bizarre loop where my money disappears and nothing happens. I'm really wondering if this service is legit or just a complete scam.

    I tried to unlock

I recently tried to unlock my iPhone 13 Pro Max from T-Mobile, and let's just say it didn't go as planned. They rejected my request because of some "temporary exception." The reasons were pretty vague, but I guess it could be due to pending payments or maybe the phone's too new—it’s been less than six months since I got it. Or there might be some account or ownership issues I wasn't aware of. It's frustrating because I really wanted to switch carriers, but now I'm stuck trying to figure out what's going on. Anyone else dealt with this? Feels like I'm in a tech maze with no clear way out. 😩

    I've had a really rough

I've had a really rough time with this service. Tried them twice now and both times, my transfers got stuck "on hold" because they needed to verify my payment. Even though I used Apple Pay, they somehow thought it wasn't my card. My latest order, #6591826, has been a nightmare. I've been waiting over an hour just to get my phone recharged, despite giving them all the information they needed. It's frustrating being stuck at home without internet, unable to go outside. Honestly, if you can, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable service. This one's just been a letdown for me.

I tried Doctor Sim hoping to unlock my phone, which is completely clean. They promised delivery in 4 days, but here I am, still waiting with my phone locked. It's been frustrating since I've reached out multiple times, and they just don’t respond. It feels like they’ve forgotten about my order. I really needed my phone unlocked by now and I'm left wondering if I’ll even see my money again. If you're thinking about using their service, maybe think twice. Bought some gift cards from doctorSIM a while back and, guess what? Still waiting on them. It’s been days. Tried reaching out to their support, but not a peep in return. The order status just keeps saying there's some delay due to issues with providers worldwide. This message hasn’t changed for ages, and I’m feeling like I’m yelling into a void. It’s frustrating not getting any updates or responses. Paid for something and feel totally left in the dark. You’d think they’d at least keep us in the loop or offer some decent support. Not impressed at all with how things are going.

Bought some top-up credit and it's still just hanging there, pending. They suddenly asked for a photo ID to verify, which seems totally unnecessary and sketchy. I mean, why would they need that for a simple top-up? It feels a bit like a scam, honestly. Tried reaching out to them, but no response so far. It's frustrating when you're waiting on something you paid for, and they go radio silent. I’m holding off on taking down this review until they either give me the credit or a refund. Just hoping they sort this out soon, because this whole experience has been quite a letdown.

I decided to buy a GameStop gift card online, thinking it was a straightforward process. They said "no hidden fees," but I was surprised to see extra charges on my bill. And then, the gift card never arrived. When I reached out to customer support, they responded quickly, but it was like talking to a robot—same response every time, no actual help. They kept saying there were "issues with redemption codes," but it made no sense. It felt like they were giving me the runaround. Honestly, it’s starting to feel like a scam in broad daylight. Not the experience I was hoping for.

    I thought buying a Binance

I thought buying a Binance gift card would be a breeze, but it’s been a nightmare. Dropped 90 bucks on one three days back, expecting a quick delivery. Instead, I'm stuck waiting. They asked for a few documents to verify the payment, which I sent right away, thinking it’d speed things up. But here I am, still empty-handed and frustrated. The whole process is dragging on, and I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever see that gift code. Trying to get some answers, but it feels like I’m just going in circles. This experience really makes me question using this platform again.

    You won't believe what happened

You won't believe what happened when I tried to top up a friend's phone while they were traveling. I used this online service, thinking it’d be quick and safe since I paid through PayPal. But right after they took my $20, they sent me a link asking for a full passport copy. Seriously, for a measly $20? That felt super sketchy, like a scam waiting to happen. I mean, who asks for that kind of info for a simple phone top-up? I ended up using another service that worked instantly, no passport nonsense. I just want my money back now. This whole thing was such a hassle.

This one isn't worth the hassle or money

So, I decided to help my buddy out by getting his new phone unlocked. It's from Mexico, so I knew it might be a bit tricky. Anyway, we opened a ticket with this company, thinking it'd be smooth sailing. Boy, was I wrong. It's been almost two months now, and there's been zero progress. Seriously, nothing. Just wasted 20 bucks for nothing. Really frustrating. I thought maybe there'd be updates or something, but nope. Definitely not going to use this service again. If you need an unlocking service, I'd say look elsewhere. This one isn't worth the hassle or money.

I tried buying a 10 euro top-up from this company, paid the transfer fee like they asked. But what do I get? 7.56 euros! They sent a fake bill claiming the top-up was done completely. Nowhere on their website does it say that more fees could be taken by the mobile operator or anyone else. It's like they're hiding it on purpose. Seriously, feels like a scam. If they were upfront about these hidden charges, it would be a different story. But no, they prefer to surprise you after the fact. Not cool at all. Avoid these guys if you don’t want to lose your money.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience. I thought I'd give this service a try, but it turned out to be a nightmare. First, they made me pay just to get a check, and then there were more charges after that. From what I've read, they don't give refunds either. It's really frustrating. I'm convinced now that websites and apps like this are total scams. They even seem to write fake 5-star reviews to trick people. I highly recommend just going directly to the carrier instead. Avoid this site

I just looked at my credit card bill and had to deal with FOUR chargebacks cause they said they'd refund me but never did. None of my orders were unlocked at all. They have this nonrefundable $4.95 Verizon unlock thing, but it always gets rejected. The reasons are like outstanding bill, less than 6 months use, or other issues. These are exactly why people pay to unlock phones, and rejecting them for these reasons makes the whole website pointless. Really frustrating experience and feels like a scam. Avoid this site if you want to keep your money safe.

I reached out to DoctorSim multiple times, but their customer service is just automated. No real person ever got back to me, and they didn't seem to care that this was a fraud case. Was pretty excited to use this service to top up my phone while traveling. The site promised I could send airtime from anywhere and that the phone would receive it directly. But after I paid, they sent me a voucher code instead of topping up my phone number. I can't use the code because I'm on the move and can't access the *611 reload function. Customer service was no help—they wouldn’t void the voucher or offer any solutions. The transaction was fast, but the product wasn’t what they advertised. Kinda bummed about the whole experience.

    Total letdown

So, here's what happened. I placed an order expecting it to arrive in four business days, just like they promised. But when the day came, they told me to wait another day. Really? It's super frustrating. Every time I had a question, all I got were these automated emails. And getting an actual reply took forever, if it even came at all. I can't wrap my head around how this place has a 4-star rating. The real deal is in those 1-star reviews. I'd just like my money back. Order 6123536. One thing's for sure, I'm not shopping there again.
