I talked with Aly who took the time to learn about my financial situation
I talked with Aly who took the time to learn about my financial situation, including my income, monthly bills, and all my debts. She explained how the debt settlement process works, what I could expect for timelines, and what the fees would be. This was very important to me because it helped set clear expectations from the start. One thing I liked was how open they were about the costs involved. They clearly said their fees would be a percentage of the total debt they help settle, which is normal in the industry. I was told I’d only pay fees after a debt is successfully settled, so that was comforting. It feels like they really want to help me get results, instead of pushing me into a program that doesn’t fit. I like that they offer support through the whole process. After the talk, I got an email with a clear list of the next steps, and they gave me a dedicated account manager who will be my contact for any questions or worries. This makes me feel sure that I won’t be left without help during the program. Since I’ve just signed up and finished the paperwork, I’m still in the beginning. They’ve contacted some of my creditors, but I haven’t got any settlement offers yet. I hope the process will go quicker now that the first steps are done, but I’m ready for it to take some time. I’ll update my review later to show the results once more progress is made. Overall, my experience with Debt Hammer has been good so far. They’ve been clear, helpful, and professional during the start of the program, and I feel like they really care about helping me lower my debt. That said, I’m still waiting to see how fast they can settle my debts and what kind of savings I’ll get. I’ll update this review once I have more solid results, but for now, I’m carefuly optimistic.
