Initially, there were some digital noises in my vocals. However, after applying basic unison preamps, the vocals now sound clear, robust, and pleasing. It also complements my acoustic guitar tracks well. I anticipate using it frequently.

Got this mic, and for the money, it's pretty sweet. Gives off vibes like the real deal u87i, not quite there but cool, especially considering the price. The bummer? They kinda forgot half my order, so I had to wait even longer. Major letdown. On the bright side, they tossed in an extra capsule – nice move there. Now, about those capsules, not entirely sold on the quality. Bit odd since they're hyped up as capsule experts. There's this "burn-in" time needed. At first, the capsule sounded off, like really bad. Took weeks of constant use to even out, and it's still getting there after 2 months. Build-wise, not too tricky if you're handy with a soldering iron and good at following directions, really carefully. Instructions could use a revamp for sure. Overall, my experience? Meh, okay. Slapped a 4/5, but if I'm real, it's more like a 3/5. Got one of the last old kits, so fingers crossed the MKII is a game-changer.

These folks are awesome to deal with. Ran into a hiccup with one of the capsules I bought, but no sweat – they shot me a replacement right away. Definitely sticking with them for future purchases.

This mic is a total rockstar! It's killing it with AC guitars, vocals – you name it. The low end is like a warm hug, and the high end? Pure sweetness. Definitely a top-tier mic, giving off those pro vibes.

I'm in the UK. I paid for it on the 3rd of October On the 15th I received notice it had arrived in Switzerland & I would be informed when it would reach the UK. It takes me 14 hours to drive to Lucerne in Switzerland. It's now November, a month after my purchase, & it still hasn't shown up.

The product is of high quality, and I've experienced exceptional customer service, although I've had to reach out to them twice. The only downside is the microphone holder, which appears somewhat basic given the microphone's price point, but it functions well.

I purchased two DA87i microphones, and they are marvelous, possibly the best vintage U87 clones available. I tried numerous brands before discovering Dachman Audio, and the greatest aspect of it all is the impeccable customer service provided by Joshua from Dachman Audio.

In summary, the Dachman microphone is an amazing product, surpassing my vintage 87s. I was so impressed that I've sold my old microphones and intend to buy two more Dachman mics.

I purchased four microphones and found them to be excellent for various applications. However, a couple of the suspension mounts were problematic and wouldn't tighten, even with pliers. I contacted them, and Joshua assured me that they would replace the mounts. I'm confident they will address this issue promptly and professionally.
