Do not buy their breakdown cover
I have breakdown cover with this company. I had a puncture and contacted them to get assistance to be told that this was not included in my policy despite it being included within the policy wording which I subsequently checked when I got home. I was 8 months pregnant with 2 young children in the car. I wrote an email of complaint but no one from the company ever got in touch regarding this.

I’m giving 5 stars for the price and how simple it was to finish the sign-up, especially since I added three family cars under one policy. I made a mistake on the application at first, but a fast call to customer support fixed it. Honestly, I’ve only been with them for a week, so I can’t say much until I need help on the road, which I hope doesn’t happen. But right now, I’ve got no problems and it’s ‘so far so good’.

Had enough time to cancel if needed. The price was good, so I decided to keep using Cover My for another year. I can’t say much about how they handle car problems since I’ve been lucky with no issues this year.
