So frustrating
I recently had a frustrating experience with Copygram. I unknowingly signed up for their yearly renewal and got charged even after I stopped using the service. When I noticed the charge, I quickly tried to follow their refund process, but I got no response or refund. I reached out again and only received a short email from someone named "Oscar" asking why I wanted a refund. I explained that I didn’t realize I was on recurring billing and wasn't using the service anymore. Still, nothing—no response, no refund. It feels like they just want your money without caring about customer service. Now I'm stuck with a service I don't use, and I just want to warn others not to make the same mistake.
