Living on the road full-time

Living on the road full-time means we rely heavily on good service, and Connecten has been a great choice. Had a chat with Tyler today; the guy really knows his stuff and is super friendly. Every time we reach out, they’re always helpful and quick to sort things out. The service has been reliable, and communication with them is always smooth. Can’t say enough good things about Tyler and the whole team. They make our RV life a lot easier. Big thumbs up to Connecten!

I went with USPS for

I went with USPS for delivery and it ended up delaying the overnight shipping. Not ConnecTen's fault though. Thought setting it up would be a hassle, but it was super easy! Just plugged it in, used the included cable to log in, then changed the preset passwords for the router and wifi. That's it. Even using it in an aluminum-sided RV with small windows facing the cell towers, it works great. Wish I had ordered the 12v plug for mobile use though.

We tried Connecten last summer

We tried Connecten last summer on our trip. The antennas were a bit floppy but they’re fixing that. The unit itself worked great. We had customer service turn off the "Automatic" feature because the strongest signal isn’t always the fastest. Their customer service is really awesome, anytime we had a connection issue due to moving around, they fixed it quickly. We've used it on vacation and at home, and we’re planning to turn it back on in April.

I got this device and it's been working great. I needed to switch to a different provider and when I called customer service, the operator was super helpful and quick. They sorted everything out right away. Now, the speed I'm getting is fantastic, much better than before. It's really made a difference, and I'm happy with how smoothly it all went. Feels good to have a service that actually listens and acts fast. All in all, a solid experience.

You know, this company really goes above and beyond. They're always making sure everything's running smoothly. Tyler, the guy who helps us, is just awesome. He's not only professional but also super friendly and funny, which makes dealing with him a pleasure. One of the coolest things is that they notify me when my payment is coming up. I've been using this service for a few months and it's mostly been good. It really shines in places with strong signal - super fast and reliable. However, in spots with weaker signal, things slow down quite a bit. If you're in an area with lower signal, you might want to think about getting a signal booster or an external antenna to help out. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with how it's working for me!

I’ve gotta say, the personal touch here is something else. When I signed up, actually spoke to a real person who guided me through everything. Had a hiccup a few months ago with my internet connection. Called in and, guess what, another real person picked up and got me back online in under 10 minutes. I’ve been to 37 states, and it’s been smooth sailing all the way.

ConnecTen really changed my mobile

Wow, ConnecTen really changed my mobile experience! Being able to jump between carriers anytime, without dealing with them directly, is amazing. Just one bill from ConnecTen, and I'm covered, no matter where I am. The coverage is fantastic, and it's super convenient. Can’t believe I didn’t switch earlier. Got my new router today and wow, setting it up was a breeze! Had it up and running in about 15 minutes, no fuss. Connection's been solid so far, and the speed is fantastic. I'm on a two-week trial, so fingers crossed it stays this good. Honestly, super impressed right now, just hope it keeps up. If it does, I’m definitely keeping this one.

I've been using Connecten for a couple of years now, and honestly, it’s been a solid experience. The service is pretty affordable, which is great. I tend to move around a lot due to work, and each time, Connecten has been super responsive. Whenever I reach out for help with improving the signal in a new place, they get back to me quickly and sort things out. It’s nice not having to worry about internet issues on top of everything else when you’re relocating. Overall, I'd say Connecten really cares about keeping their customers happy and connected, no matter where you are. Plus, it’s nice not having to break the bank for good service.

I can take anywhere is super handy

I gotta say, having internet that I can take anywhere is super handy, but the connection strength leaves a lot to be desired. Most times, we can barely run one device without issues. It’s kinda frustrating, really. We have to reset the modem a couple of times a week just to keep things working. And don’t even get me started on the buffering - it happens way too much. It’s cool to have portable internet, but I just wish it worked more smoothly and consistently.

I gave Connecten a shot

I gave Connecten a shot to see if it could replace my current internet provider, but it didn't cut it. The speeds were pretty disappointing, especially the upload speed. My T-Mobile hotspot actually performs better and costs less. After a while, I realized Connecten wasn't for me. But canceling was such a hassle—they made me call a customer rep instead of doing it online. And get this, I found out the hard way that the $199 modem fee wasn’t a deposit, it's a rental fee. So, I basically paid $199 just to use their modem for a month. With slow speeds and a non-refundable modem fee, I won’t be going back to Connecten.
