The company recently updated their portal, causing all accounts on automatic draft to switch to paper check payments. Unfortunately, we were not notified of this change until we received a cancellation notice in the mail. After contacting the office, we learned about the new inconvenient payment procedure and promptly sent out the checks. We also had to make a call to add a COI, only to find out that both of our policies were canceled due to non-payment. When we inquired about the payments we had sent, which had been cashed, they claimed they were applied, which didn't make sense to us. Additionally, they refused to issue a refund until after the yearly audit. Despite being long-time customers with no claims, we were disappointed by the treatment we received. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company.

The company's recent changes to their portal caused inconvenience for us. They switched to paper check payments without informing us beforehand. Consequently, we received a cancellation notice in the mail. After contacting them, we learned about the new protocol and sent the checks. Adding insult to injury, when we called to add a COI, we were informed that both our policies were canceled due to non-payment, despite us sending and them cashing the checks. It doesn't add up. Moreover, they refused to refund the money until after the yearly audit. We've been loyal customers for years with no claims, yet this is the treatment we receive. Not recommended.

As a new client, I feel a bit lost. There should be more help for newbies like me. I tried to log in and enter my payroll for worker's compensation, but I couldn't find where to do it. I did get a fast email response, but it was kinda unclear.
