Ordering again is simple, but if my prescription is expired, it's a hassle. My American doctors struggle to send new prescriptions through the fax numbers provided. I end up having to get a physical copy of the prescription and upload it myself. The staff are always nice. However, the last two times I ordered, my preferred medication was out of stock.

Like, what's the point of going digital if you're gonna slow things down with a phone call? Just ship my stuff already! It's like they're adding extra steps for no good reason. Annoying delays, for sure.

Surprised to find that the company had no backup

Surprised to find that the company had no backup plan for sending medications while the Canada Postal strike was on. I am still waiting for any news about a refill I already paid for on my credit card.
