Used the ByMiles support chat and fixed my problem really fast. ByMiles plans are perfect for car owners with luxury vehicles who don’t drive much. Plus, the 150 mile limit means on long trips you don’t get charged more for distance. Really like the service. And the staff there are very frindly!

Great insurance plan, especially since I drive less now! I asked support a question and got a reply in just over an hour (on a Sunday) – the update I wanted was done too and everything was fine. Very good customer service and help!!!!

Nice suportive service.
Nice suportive service. At first had trouble getting the car to show mileage. They fixed it by mailing me a gadget to do this, and I didnt lose covr during that time.
