Brown Paper Tickets is a dishonest company. The leadership here is selfish and greedy, and this company simply cheats its clients by never giving us what it owes. It's hard to contact the company's management, and the few times we manage to do so just turn out to be a waste of time because the management doesn't fix the problems. STAY AWAY!

BPT continues to keep $34,318 from our March 2023 event. Customer support choices are basically missing. No phone line, just standard automated emails. There are also plenty of “We’ll pay you soon” type updates, but every time they miss the date. Think about how YOUR nonprofit could be affected if you decide to trust this company.

STAY AWAY from this company's bad service! This company tricks its clients and customers, and it's very hard to contact its support team. Brown Paper Tickets owes many people a lot of cash, yet it fails to keep the promises it makes to its clients and customers. AVOID this terrible company!

I would not recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company. I sold my tickets to them, but they never paid me. They don’t answer calls or emails. I’m very disappointed and upset that they can get away with this. Don't bother with them, it's just dishonest business.
