The company is helpful when needed, but subscribing to Brainy Plus was a mistake. After canceling, I can't access the website anymore. It claims I've reached my weekly limit, leaving me unable to use it for almost three weeks. How can I resolve this issue to check uncertain answers?

Brainly is pretty bad. It's a ripoff! I spent $39 hoping it would assist with my real estate questions, but it didn't solve many of them. I asked for a refund, but they said they don't do that, even though their help was useless. They're just stealing money! WATCH OUT!!!
