    It’s hard for me to explain how bad the customer support is. My first account got hacked and all my funds were taken. Only a little bit of bitcoin was left, which I was able to save by moving it to a new account. I uploaded the documents for verification, thinking it would go smoothly this time. But they never verified me, and now all my bitcoins are locked. I can’t send them, I can’t trade them, nothing. If you make a mistake, you won’t get a second chance to verify. After countless emails, I just got automated responses and no one ever helped. I wanted to use the remaining funds for treatment, don’t make the same mistake!

    Scamers is all I can say I am sick and tired of being tricked again will never trust a trading site again over the years I've lost so much money, don't believe this company they are shady scammers if you do find a trading company try getting your profits back you got no chanse avoid them
