The stuff I got from them, like skirts
by Carol

The stuff I got from them, like skirts, tops and dresses, fits well and looks real classy. It makes my body look nice, especially the dresses 'cause they really show off my curves and booty! Totally love their clothes.

I discovered this company at Nordstrom and really liked their styles.
by Peony L

I discovered this company at Nordstrom and really liked their styles. The quality is good, and the prices are fair. They have great dresses, and I bought some during Black Friday. Looking forward to wearing them for an occasion. Also, their sweaters are cute and feminine. They've become one of my favorite brands.

WARNING! AVOID BUYING FROM ASTR'S
by Kristen Burke

WARNING! AVOID BUYING FROM ASTR'S FACEBOOK SHOP! I bought a dress from them for my sister's wedding, lured in by a coupon. The dress didn't fit right, so I exchanged it once and then returned it. But instead of giving me my money back, they only offered store credit. I sent the dress back within the promised 28-day period, but still got stuck with store credit. I tried emailing them multiple times and got no response. I filled out their contact form twice, still nothing. When I called, they promised a refund and email confirmation by Monday, but I got neither. Another customer service rep later seemed clueless about how to process a refund for a Facebook shop order. I even tried reaching out to Facebook's customer service, but that didn't help either. After over a month of frustration, ASTR finally blamed a system error for not being able to refund my money. I'm out $170 because of their incompetence. Never shopping there again.

I used to think this shop was
by Anonymous

I used to think this shop was pretty good until I found out about their sneaky "free" return scheme. If you return too many items in a certain time frame, they make you pay a 15 percent restocking fee. That seems unfair to me. Why promote free shipping and returns only to penalize customers genuinely trying to find the right fit? Everyone knows ordering clothes online comes with the risk of it not fitting or looking different in person. I followed all the return rules, yet I'm still being charged. Apparently, they sent me an email about this six months ago, which I never saw. When I reached out to customer service, they just kept repeating the policy and saying I should have read it better. Not very helpful, right? If this is a policy they're not trying to hide, they should make it clear on the store's homepage or send an alert to customers before they make purchases. This was my first order in six months, but somehow I'm still on this modified return policy? It's disappointing. They've lost my business for good.

I had a disappointing experience with this company
by Halsey Alyssa

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a dress for a special event, and it arrived in the wrong size. Unfortunately, I had already removed the tags before realizing the error. This left me scrambling to find a replacement dress last minute, which was both stressful and costly. When I contacted customer service, I was dismayed by their response. Not only did they take a long time to reply initially, but they were also unhelpful and rude. They insisted that I return the dress at my own expense, despite the error being on their end. This is unacceptable, especially considering the company's claim of being a top wedding guest clothing store. Overall, I'm deeply disappointed by this experience and expected better from a company I've been loyal to for years. I hope they can improve their customer service and quality control in the future.
