I encountered significant delays in shipping, with the delivery surpassing the originally promised date by more than 6 business days. Furthermore, I had to alter my color preference for the item due to what was described as a stocking error on the manufacturer's part. Regrettably, I still lack any shipping information or the actual item, which has left me rather dissatisfied with the overall experience.
