The company's representative, Michael, visited our home and immediately impressed us with his friendly and polite demeanor. In an industry where I've been struggling to find assistance for the elderly, he was a refreshing presence. Michael was patient and understanding, particularly with my 80-year-old mother, who tends to go off-topic or tell stories before answering questions. He never seemed annoyed or short-tempered. On the contrary, he indulged her, which she greatly appreciated. The information he provided was incredibly valuable, considering how confusing things can get in healthcare and assistance matters.
