    I had a pretty rough

    I had a pretty rough time dealing with this moving company. They quoted me a fair market rate and assured me that as long as my inventory stayed the same, the rate wouldn’t change. I paid a $1020 deposit via Apple Pay to avoid an 8% fee if I used my debit card. I was a bit worried about not using my debit card, but the rep insisted I’d still be protected through Apple Pay. Right before my move, someone else called to go over my inventory list and suddenly, my rate jumped from $2200 to $4000! They assumed I’d go along since I’d already paid the deposit. But I refused and accused them of trying to scam me. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and am waiting to see if I’ll get reimbursed. Regardless, I won’t give this company another penny. Stay away from them!

    I had a really frustrating

    I had a really frustrating experience with these moving companies. First, I thought I was dealing with American Movers Direct, but then I started getting calls from J and H Logistics and Bronze Star Moving and Storage. It was so confusing! They kept trying to tell me my move with another company was canceled and that I needed to book with them instead. It felt really sketchy, and after a bit of digging, I realized they were all the same company pulling some sort of scam. It's so disappointing and stressful to deal with such shady business practices. Be careful and double-check who you're actually dealing with before booking any moving services!

    Really frustrating experience

    I had a really frustrating experience with this moving company. I just moved a short distance, about 5 miles, but into a new home. When they finished unloading, they claimed their truck was empty. I took their word for it without double-checking, but now I'm missing a few things. It seems like a box or two didn't make it inside. I reached out to them and spoke with someone named Cameno, who just denied everything and ended the call abruptly. Honestly, it feels like they’re not trustworthy, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone use their services. It's disappointing when a company doesn't handle things professionally.

    Hey folks, I just had to share this wild experience. So, I got a message from a guy named Richard Tupler today. He booked a move with American Movers Direct a few weeks back, right? And now, just a day before his big move, they try to jack up the price on him. Can you believe it? Anyway, they refuse to give him back his $6000 deposit! He's been all over the internet looking for ways to get his cash back but no luck. He found my old review and reached out, asking for advice. Feel so bad for the guy. Anyone here got any tips or been through something similar? Let's help Richard out!

    Lost $4700

    Honestly, I'm just done. Lost $4700, and then they send me emails calling me dirt and telling me to get on meds. Ben's the biggest liar I've ever met. He'll take your cash and expect you to be grateful for it. Trust me, if you go with this company, you're asking to be ripped off. If you got extra money and feel like throwing it away, these guys will happily take it. Not exaggerating – this is all true. Stay away.
