Booking the tickets was simple and quick. I made an error later on, but when I contacted customer service, they got back to me fast and assured me they’d fix it during the ticket process. My tickets were ready early and the issue was resolved. Very helpful and polite customer service, really happy with it!

BAD EXPERIENCE!!
We ordered tickets for the match Liverpool/Brighton at Anfield. A few hours before the game, we got our tickets, but at the entrance, the club’s official staff said these tickets were obviously fake. We attempted to contact yourticketnet support, but nobody picked up the phone. I haven’t heard from them in weeks, and I still have not received my money back. AVOID PURCHASING TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE!!!
