    The agent was able to assist me with a complex

    The agent was able to assist me with a complex ticket problem. However, I do wish it was more obvious where the live chat button is located in the app. I spent quite a bit of time searching and going through a lot of automated questions that didn’t really help with my issue. If there are no options to resolve your problem, it would be helpful if a message popped up asking, “do you need an agent?”. Instead, it just reset everything, and I got quite annoyed.

    Great Customer Service!

    Kevin was fast & effective to answer my questions. Our tickets weren't showing in the axs app and the event is just two days away. He was able to tell me to turn off wifi and the tickets appeared. Big relief to this worried Momma. It's a special event for my daughter and I. Thank you!

    It was nice to talk with an actual person

    It was nice to talk with an actual person and engage on this issue! Much more helpful than submitting a ticket where I couldn't get any updates. Tarah was really patient and helpful and managed to fix the issue quickly too.

    Triana G at AXS USA was great! I had another agent before her, Cody E at AXS USA. He was very curt, unkind, and too quick. Triana G fixed my problem in 5 minutes by taking a few more seconds to clarify things.
