The agent was able to assist me with a complex
The agent was able to assist me with a complex ticket problem. However, I do wish it was more obvious where the live chat button is located in the app. I spent quite a bit of time searching and going through a lot of automated questions that didn’t really help with my issue. If there are no options to resolve your problem, it would be helpful if a message popped up asking, “do you need an agent?”. Instead, it just reset everything, and I got quite annoyed.
