    Though I had a problem with buying tickets

    Though I had a problem with buying tickets (the seller didn't send them), the Vivid customer service rep I talked to (Chris) was really kind and upgraded us to WAY BETTER seats without any extra cost. This happened on the event day, which made it a bit stressful. It's nice to see such good customer service these days. I would definitely consider going with Vivid again since they take their seat guarantee seriously. Thank you!

    Initially, I was hesitant about

    Initially, I was hesitant about trying a resale site, but with the refund promise, I took the plunge. Purchased two Taylor Swift tickets for Wembley last minute. Opted for a top seller for added security. Tickets came in an hour. Even though I was unsure, everything seemed legit. Went last night, zero issues, and my daughter had a blast!!! Thanks Vivid Seats.

    Hanny was very helpful and patient working through my problem that was created by your computer system. Despite telling me upfront that my tickets would be sent electronically, your system refused to accept my P. O. Box address, which is my BILLING ADDRESS. Therefore my credit card kept being rejected. Hanny straightened everything out.

    The gig was good, the vibe and getting tickets was easy. The charges for tickets are crazy, but I prefer a reliable place than a dodgy site. I like this app and its local events, but they could provide more details about when events start and offer parking tickets with the main ticket. Thanks anyhow.

    Morgan Wade was AMAZING!!! But Elizabeth Cook's behavior was unacceptable. She ignored a medical emergency in the audience and continued her set as if nothing happened. Morgan Wade deserves 5 stars, but Elizabeth Cook gets 0 in my opinion.

    Awsome concert! Lurun's vocals, song picks, her n her bands outfits, how she mingled with fans, the lights, the background, the stage, tidy place. Drove 3 hrs with wife n daughter. Also, it was my daughter's 1st concert n bday gift.

    Ich wollte sicherstellen, dass meine Tickets zum Scannen bereit sind, weil ich keinen normalen Barcode gesehen habe. Stattdessen sah ich ein mikrofonähnliches Objekt, das sich auf und ab bewegte. Darunter stand „Halten zum Leser“. Die Mitarbeiterin versicherte mir, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Sie war sehr geduldig und nett. Jetzt fühle ich mich besser, weil ich weiß, dass die Tickets zum Scannen bereit sind.

    Ich habe versucht, Tickets für ein Beyoncé-Konzert über Vivid Seats zu kaufen. Während des Bestellvorgangs kam mehrfach die Meldung, dass die Transaktion fehlgeschlagen sei. Ich habe keine Bestätigung erhalten, keine E-Mail (auch nicht im Spam), keine App-Benachrichtigung – also ging ich davon aus, dass der Kauf nicht erfolgreich war. Zwei Tage später bemerkte ich die Abbuchung von über 600 €. Ich habe daraufhin zwei E-Mails an den Kundenservice geschrieben – ohne Antwort. Auch der Chatbot konnte nicht weiterhelfen und verwies nur auf Standardtexte und die Option, die Tickets weiterzuverkaufen. Auf eine Bewertung bei Trustpilot kam eine öffentliche Antwort mit der Behauptung, ich hätte eine Bestätigungs-Mail erhalten – was definitiv nicht der Fall ist. Ich sitze jetzt auf teuren Tickets, die ich nicht nutzen kann, ohne jegliche Kulanz oder echte Kommunikation seitens des Unternehmens. Sehr enttäuschend – ich kann Vivid Seats nicht empfehlen.

    Technical error – no support, no refund. Never again!

    I bought tickets for a Beyoncé concert — or rather, I thought I didn’t. During checkout, I repeatedly received a “transaction failed” error. No confirmation, no email, no app notification — so I assumed the purchase didn’t go through and bought tickets elsewhere. Two days later, I noticed the charge on my bank account. I immediately sent two emails to Vivid Seats — no response at all. After posting a review on Trustpilot, Vivid Seats claimed they had sent me a confirmation and told me to check my spam folder. This is simply false. I checked every folder, multiple times. I also tried their chatbot, which was completely unhelpful and just referred me to generic policy texts and told me to “resell the tickets.” Bottom line: No customer service, no real interest in solving the issue — just automated responses and shifting the blame to the customer. Very disappointing. I cannot recommend Vivid Seats.
