Maine was really kind in assisting me with the issues I caused! I didn’t know I had a Ticketmaster acct and tried to register, using the wrong zip code … twice (not feeling great so clearly not thinking straight), figured out I had an account and got locked out because of strange activity! Maine guided me in setting up a new account and sorting my tickets. Thanks, Maine!

I had a few doubts about my tickets for the Tom

I had a few doubts about my tickets for the Tom Segura show, and GERALD was very polite and helpful in clearing them up. He made sure I knew everything was good to go. This was a special day for my wife and me since it was our 32nd wedding anniversary, so we needed everything to go smoothly. Thanks a lot, GERALD!

Risa was really helpful. I made an error with my order and quickly contacted customer service via chat. She quickly went over my order and explained the policies. In the end, she found a solution that worked for us... and I’m grateful for her fast response. Thanks "Carissa U" (aka Risa).

I had a hard time looking up my tickets

I had a hard time looking up my tickets, so I called the 877 number and spoke to a woman named Jen. In just a few minutes, she got my tickets sorted out and I could take my kids to the game. Jen really made it all better for me.

Leonardo was not much help when I tried to fix my order. I made a mistake with my email, and he didn't seem to care. I expected more from someone in customer service. Thanks anyway, Leonardo.

GO TICKETS IS A SCAM!! AVOID OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I bought 2 Eugene Emeralds tickets through Go Tickets. 1. Go Tickets said the tickets would be delivered to me phone. THEY NEVER APPEARED ON MY PHONE. 2. I contacted Go Tickets. I spent an hour messaging with them. They would not email me the tickets. They set up this totally complicated and unnecessary strategy of transferring my tickets to the Eugene Emeralds website in an account they created in my name. 3. I just got an email from the Emeralds saying that the tickets have been recalled and are not valid for admission. 4. GO Tickets refuses to give refunds. I lost all my money! i wrote a review previously and it was removed. this site is shady and takes no responsibility for their scheme to cheat and overprice

Very expensive lesson learned

Paid 3x the face value for tickets to a DCI show. I never got the tickets and they refuse to provide a refund. Complete scam.
