Ace's transparency is a breath of fresh air. They displayed the total price, including all fees and taxes, upfront before checkout. This is a welcome change from other sites where additional costs can be a nasty surprise after you've already spent time entering your purchase information.

Since it was my first time using a ticket recycler, I usually buy concert tickets directly from the venue's websites. But I managed fine, and now the tickets are also in AppleWallet, which is handy.
