I've been using Yapsody for my ticketing since 2017. Their customer service is always responsive, and any issues I have are sorted out in no time. During Covid, I needed a seating plan that allowed for social distancing, and Yapsody was able to create a custom solution. Since then, I switched from general admission to reserved seating, and the system works well. Their pricing is also reasonable when compared to other platforms. I would definitely suggest Yapsody.
