I was quite disappointed with Brown Paper
I was quite disappointed with Brown Paper Tickets due to their annoying lack of professionalism. The staff appeared to lack the skills needed for even simple customer service, let alone dealing with event management. Every time I reached out, I either got unclear responses or no answer at all, as if they were unfamiliar with their own system. Getting a direct reply felt impossible, and each exchange only made me more annoyed than the last. For a company that's meant to help events run smoothly, they sure did a good job of making the whole experience a headache.
