I reached out to them because I ordered the wrong color of the leash by mistake. They got back to me quickly, were really nice, and offered to do an exchange. I’d definitely recommend them just for that, as good customer service is hard to find these days.

The jacket is both functional and adorable
The jacket is both functional and adorable, doing a good job of keeping my young rescue (who just saw snow for the first time!) warm. I didn't give 5 stars because it takes me a long time to figure out how to hold her and get the zipper to zip. I really wish the zipper was bigger and easier to manage with a wiggly pup!

The photos on the site were good to look at. Overall, it was simple to place an order. The shipping took a bit longer than I wanted, but it was still in the time frame given on the site.

This jacket looks nice and seems well constructed
This jacket looks nice and seems well constructed, but it’s really thin and won’t keep our dog warm at all. It’s the priciest jacket we’ve bought for her and, sadly, the least effective for warmth. The colour is lovely, but that’s about all it has going for it. My first order got lost, so it took two months to get the replacement, and now it’s too cold for her to wear it. The customer service was really helpful though, and they did their best to get the replacement out quickly.

If I could give a 0, I would!
Collar I bought from the webshop in my country is fine... but seriously, don't waste money on their qr service! The idea behind it is nice... but the quality of the tags is poor. After only 3 months, it’s unreadable. So basically, I paid for a 12-month service but only got less than 3 months out of it. And customer service had the nerve to "offer" 50% off my next purchase. Like I would want to spend more money on this!
