Puppyspot has been a wonderful experiance for our family. We just got our little pup just over a week ago. This is our second puppy. Both times were great. They make sure the breeders are real, and give us all the details about the breeders and the puppy. Then they make shipping easy with constant updates along the way, making us feel relaxed as we wait for our puppy to arrive. The drivers also look after the puppies well during transport. We’ve had two healthy puppies! Thanks Puppyspot!

PuppySpot knew exactly what they were

PuppySpot knew exactly what they were doing and showed great expertise. However, the breeder let me down a bit by sending my 6-month-old puppy who hadn't been groomed, had long nails, and suffered from ear infections. He looked like he came from the streets, but I still adored him. Took him to the vet for the ears, which cost me $146, but PuppySpot gave me a refund for that. Overall, I'm happy with their service.

I had never bought a dog online before

I had never bought a dog online before, so I was a bit nervous, but I picked up my 12-week-old Cavapoo yesterday and he's such a sweet little guy. The entire process was done really well, and the delivery was spot on. Everything arrived as promised. In his first 24 hours at home, he had just one small accident but has gone potty outside since. I highly recommend Puppyspot for your new pup!

We got all the needed details about the pickup location. We met other pet owners to collect our new pups. The transporters (Chuck & Skyler) were kind and helpful with the puppies. Premier Pet Transport did a good job.
