    I decided to give this company a chance and placed an order, even though I had never heard of them before. I got an email saying the item was out of stock. To make sure I got my refund, I reached out via email. They processed it quickly. The next morning, I got a call from them; the person was polite and friendly, apologized, and even offered me a small gift as a gesture, which I liked. So instead of being mad, I'm now open to trying them again for a future order because of the great customer service I received. They are a new company and still have some issues to figure out. Having a customer service number or live chat would be a nice touch.

    Never shipped my items.

    I placed two orders here and they didn’t ship the first one until over a month after my order date, when I filed for purchase protection. I still have not gotten my second order (again waiting more than a month) and am fighting with them to get a refund. They ignore emails and are trying to avoid putting anything in writing by spam calling to demand I stop contesting my missing items. Don’t order from here unless you don’t want your items.

    Bought a sweater and pants on December 20th, paid for them, but no update yet if they are in stock or sent out. Tried contacting their support, but no answer. Starting to think this site is a scamm, so better to avoid.
