I have bought lots of clothes from them and I’m really happy. I don’t get why people say bad things. If something don’t come, I just send them a message and they tell me if it’s not availible. Then I get my money back or a gift card that’s even better than what I paid. The clothes are made good too. In the end I’m really happy. Thanks again.

I got my dress for an event I'm attending on 11/16/24. The dress was similar to the picture, but when I tried it on, it looked more like a shirt (I ordered a large). I reached out to customer service by email, and they replied on the same day. They offered me the choice to return the item at my cost or keep it and get a 60% credit for future purchases. I'm hoping to try again and get the next product before my birthday. Let’s hope for the best!

I’d give no stars if I could. I got some cow print heels and it took ages for them to get here. When they finaly did, they came in ripped plastic with the brand name slapped on, not even a box. The shoes looked worn, had marks on them, and weren’t the real deal. The pattern didn’t match the ones shown on the site, the base was slimmer, and the shape didn’t have that nice angle like good heels do. Don’t buy from here, they obviosly use fake pics.

It’s just ridiculous. I will do everything I can to warn others that this is a scam!

Unfortunately, they never showed up, and the tracking information from the United States Post Office indicated that the package was never received. I tried to reach out to the company multiple times. Almost a week after the party, the Chinese carrier claimed the shoes were delivered to my mailbox. They weren't, as the box for knee-high boots is too large for my mailbox. I purchased an outfit for my birthday party, and it took more than 2 weeks to get here. After trying it on, the quality was disappointing. The feather skirt kept falling off with every step, and the fabric was rough and irritating. I reached out to Echoine for a return, but their replies were slow, and they kept offering me a credit until the last day of the return period, only to tell me it was too late. Their customer service is awful, and I suggest you don't bother with them!

I want to give no stars at all. I bought cow printed heels and the delivery was super slow. When they finally came, they were in a ripped plastic bag with their logo, no box included. The shoes looked used, all scratched, and definitely a fake version. The print looked nothing like the photos online, the platform was skinnier and the shoe’s curve was much flatter instead of the nice heel shape real heels have. Don’t buy from them, they clearly copy pictures.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the package; it was laughable! Now I'm crossing my fingers that they'll actually process my refund; otherwise, I'll have to go through the hassle of filing a bank dispute. Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a jumpsuit recently after seeing it advertised on FB. The whole experience left me quite unhappy with Echoine and FB. I placed my order, and the very next day it said DELIVERED. How could it be delivered so fast? Then, it showed as canceled, but they still took my money. I’ve learned to be careful with these kinds of companies now. Very let down by Mark Zuckerberg for allowing them to run these misleading ads!
