Really liked the new in-person studio visit, will be regular customer for sure. I dont usually leave reviews but wanted to for Urbanheer. I ordered online a red dress that I needed for my weekend party and was happy to see next day pick up choice. Honestly, I didnt know they have opened a new Studio close by. I went there to pick my dress, loved the feeling and the collection is really special. I stayed longer than planed and already thinking of getting a matching bag. The quality is obvious - looks fancy at very fair prices. What made me write this review is the kindness. Avi and Jasmine answer fast over messages. In person, staff was also very nice to help me with size and said I could swap if needed. Overall just a lovely mix of Spring outfits, nice products and friendly people. I am definetely coming back again to enjoy the Studio at waterfront. Highly recommend.

The fabric feels soft, comfy and looks great when I move. It’s the kind of dress that doesn’t need much, just heels and you’re good to go. The in-store visit made the whole experience nice. I ordered through mobile and set my pickup. Everything was ready, I tried it on and chose to keep it. The staff was very kind and friendly. It’s a fresh find in Kirkland.
