I was quite let down by the Tailgate directions, causing us to miss the event. Despite diligently following the provided instructions, which indicated it was in the parking lot of Arrowhead, we were misled. The paper mentioned it was across the street, but seeking guidance from locals only added to the confusion, resulting in us missing the Tailgate since we had already parked inside Arrowhead, and leaving would incur additional parking fees. The event tickets were acceptable, and the gift cards were straightforward to use. Despite this hiccup, we still had a good time and might consider attending again. It's my fourth trip, but I'll likely refrain from purchasing Tailgate tickets in the future.

My package had gifts that were supposed to be shipped.

My package had gifts that were supposed to be shipped. My email said they’d be sent by 3/15… but they were sent on 3/20. I understand I didn’t need the 'gift bundle' for the event, but it’s the principle of it. (The gifts were great - totally worth the price) My VIP package had (2) $50 vouchers for food/drinks. When I tried to use them, the total was $44 (just for food) and the QR code gave 20% off instead… The emails were unclear and not specific. Ticketclub did make up for the problems I had. Their customer service was friendly and helpful.

I was quite let down by the Tailgate directions and missed it. We're not from here and followed given directions which seemed to be at Arrowhead's parking. The paper said opposite but locals were confused and we missed it as we parked inside Arrowhead and if we left we'd have to pay again. Tickets were fine and gift cards were simple. Had a good time and would return. This is our 4th trip. Just won't get the tailgate tickets.

It may take a little time to learn the menus and find the right tickets, but what makes Ticket Club stand out is their discount deals - not from the sellers, but from the platform. They should definetly expand, and with time, challenge the major players in ticket resales.
