Liz Trevino really knows her stuff. Medicare can be confusing, but Liz and The Medicare Family gave me clear and fast help. She answered all my questions and took care of everything for me. Plus, she's really nice. Signing up for Medicare is a lot to handle, but Liz did it all in just one hour on the phone. She got approval for every plan I needed while I just had to answer some questions. Once there was a problem, she sorted it out by calling the company and getting us on the line together. I feel so much better now that Liz has sorted out my Medicare plans. It's affordable and exactly what I needed. I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

I begin talking to Mike in 2023 when I was turning 65 in July 2024. I had lots of questions about Medicare. Mike was patient, spoke slowly, and helped me understand. I never felt he was rushing me. He knew his stuff but let me decide what was best for me. I enjoyed talking to Mike, he made me laugh.
