I had an issue with Chime for $44.92 that got denied because the dispute team messed it up. The 2nd and 3rd agents said they fixed it, but they didn’t. The follow-up was denied too, and Stride Bank, which insures Chime, just tells you to call Chime support, which is no help. The merchant tricked me, I showed proof, and still no refund, just denials. Avoid Stride and Chime because they are useless and not trained well. I’ve reported them to financial bureaus, the Oklahoma Attorney General for Stride, and California for Chime, plus BBB, and I’m not stopping until I get my money. Their social media and LinkedIn will also get the full story. They also list an email I’ve already used to make it seem like they are offering new info, but they probably won’t fix this scam. Awful company just hangs up and sends you to Chime support or an email like robots that don’t solve real problems. The worst service I’ve ever had. I bet any reviews with more than 2 stars are fake or paid because this company is a joke.
