I had an issue with Chime for $44.92 that got denied because the dispute team messed it up. The 2nd and 3rd agents said they fixed it, but they didn’t. The follow-up was denied too, and Stride Bank, which insures Chime, just tells you to call Chime support, which is no help. The merchant tricked me, I showed proof, and still no refund, just denials. Avoid Stride and Chime because they are useless and not trained well. I’ve reported them to financial bureaus, the Oklahoma Attorney General for Stride, and California for Chime, plus BBB, and I’m not stopping until I get my money. Their social media and LinkedIn will also get the full story. They also list an email I’ve already used to make it seem like they are offering new info, but they probably won’t fix this scam. Awful company just hangs up and sends you to Chime support or an email like robots that don’t solve real problems. The worst service I’ve ever had. I bet any reviews with more than 2 stars are fake or paid because this company is a joke.

The rebuttal was turned down too, and Stride Bank, which insures Chime, only tells you to contact regular Chime support through option 3, which is the same as calling Chime normally. At this point, the merchant tricked me. I gave proof and still got denials, no refund. Avoid Stride and Chime; they are ineffective and unskilled. I filed reports with the financial bureaus and attorney generals in Oklahoma for Stride and California for Chime, plus BBB, and I won’t stop until I get my money back. Their social media and LinkedIns will get the full story too.

This company claims to be reliable and secure like Bancorp Bank and Chime, saying you can easily send money to anyone. But my mom never got the 400 dollars I sent her, and I didn't even get a message. I tried to fill a dispute last night, but it seems like it’s my first and last time using Chime. They closed my dispute this morning, saying they received the money on their end. It's really disappointing because they lie about having real representatives available 24/7, but all I got were robots.

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service! Avoid banking with Stride or Chime. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, and hang up on you without giving any real answers. I wasn’t informed they don’t accept international wire transfers until I tried one, waited 5 weeks for my $10k to arrive, and I’m still fighting to get my money back! Terrible experience.

Terrible customer service I’ve ever faced. The agent was totally unhelpful and had a huge attitude. When I requested to talk to a manager, she just hung up. It’s hard to believe their customer service is so dismal. DoorDash and Chime should look for another bank to work with.
