    I am really dissatisfied with Branch right now.

    I am really dissatisfied with Branch right now. There were 2 unauthorized withdrawals from my account. I filed disputes as recommended, but it took 2 weeks to get a reply because there's no phone number to actually talk to someone. Everything is handled via email. I was told my claims were rejected because I had no paperwork. Obviously. The money was withdrawn from my account without my permission, and the transaction shows the PIN was bypassed. I'm still waiting for a reply to my appeal against their decision. The worst customer service ever!!!

Despite signing up for an Uber Pro card, I encountered issues connecting my Branch account to Uber, rendering the card unusable. Both companies have been unhelpful in resolving the issue, passing blame back and forth without providing a solution. It's been nearly two weeks without any response to my emails. This lack of customer support and communication is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on both Branch and Uber.

    Branch has really poor customer service

    Branch has really poor customer service when dealing with my employer Dqs. I just left my job because my pay was delayed and this branch card didn’t give me access to my money on payday. I spent 4 hours on the phone every time I tried to activate my new pay card. They constantly put me on hold, and when they finally picked up, they asked for my id and it was Friday. They said they would escalate my case, but I still had no access to my funds and my case wasn’t even moved up, leaving me without my money.

    Branch has one of the most disappointing customer service teams I’ve encountered. I just wanted to add my middle initial and Jr. to my account profile. After a chat lasting more than 30 minutes and a phone call, I have achieved nothing! Maybe next time I’ll try reaching out by carrier pigeon or just close my account. Completely absurd...

    Getting my Branch card has

    Getting my Branch card has made a huge difference. My company switched us over from paper checks, which I’ve been dealing with forever. No more fees for cashing checks, which is a big relief. Plus, I can actually use the card for online shopping now. It’s been super convenient not having to run to the bank all the time. Never realized how much time I was wasting before.     Terrible banking experience

    Alright, let me tell you about my nightmare with this bank. I’ve been banking since I was 16, and now I’m 57, so I’ve seen it all. My employer forced us to open an account here for direct deposit. To access our money, we had to get this ridiculous Branch card. Transferring funds to my regular bank takes 3-5 business days or I could do it instantly with sky-high fees. Ridiculous, right? I eventually quit my job partly because of this. My company pays on Wednesdays, but the deposits don't show up until 4-5 pm. How is that even okay on payday? The worst part was a transaction from January 2nd at the Galleria Palms in Florida. They charged me for the room and put a $100 hold for incidentals. Today is January 12th, and it’s still pending. My other cards clear charges in 3-4 days! The rep told me it could take up to 15 days. Seriously, why? I’m closing this account the moment my last paycheck clears. I wouldn’t touch this bank with a ten-foot pole again. Never in my life have I dealt with such a terrible banking experience.

    I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this company. The place I work for chose them for contractor payments, but nobody asked us what we thought. Their customer service is a joke; all they have is a useless FAQ page and a chatbot that’s clueless about everything, even what the company does. It takes them over a week to respond to complaints, which is just ridiculous. They charge a lot for instant transfers. Transferring $400 costs more than $20! It feels like they’re just trying to squeeze every penny out of us. They claim you get paid two days earlier than with regular banks, but to transfer money to your actual bank account using their free option takes 3 to 5 business days. So, you never really know when you'll get paid unless you cough up more money. This company just seems to be making things harder for people trying to make a living.

They claim "your money, your way!" but it's far from the truth. If it was really my way, I wouldn’t have to give my hard-earned cash to someone else and then get charged for taking it out.     I’ve been waiting nearly 90 days for my refund. It's been a nightmare. I filed a dispute and spoke to the vendor who confirmed that the payment was sent to Branch on September 28th. But Branch keeps sending me the same email saying it's "under investigation." What is there to investigate if they have my money? They won't give me any new information, just the same runaround.     I've been a Branch user since 2021, but lately, it’s been a nightmare. Can't log in for the past 3 days, and their support is like talking to a wall.     This bank is the worst. My account got frozen out of nowhere, no warning, no email. Just BAM, can't access my money. I'm a senior, and this mess has me without my funds for four days now. Every time I call, they tell me to "sit tight" and check my email. Seriously? I've got meds to buy, including heart meds. You'd think they'd care. Nope. The support staff? Useless.     I got an invite to

    I got an invite to join Branch through a link, but when I clicked it, the website was a mess and I couldn’t download the app. I reached out to support@branchapp to explain what happened, but all I got back was an automated reply from Zendesk. It felt really impersonal and like they didn’t care about my problem. It’s hard to trust a company that doesn’t provide real help when you need it.
