I’ve been following this company and their products

I’ve been following this company and their products for a while, ever since I saw them on social media. I don't usually have a lot of money to spend, so when they had a sale on pants earlier this year, I decided to get a pair. I know many others were eager to get theirs too, and there were some delays in shipping, but once I got mine, I was really happy! The sizing is very accurate, and the fabric is soft with just the right amount of stretch. There’s an option to return them for resizing, but although mine aren’t perfect, they’re still the best jeans I’ve owned, and I wouldn’t want to return them. I also appreciated how the company kept us updated about the delays. They even offered a lifetime discount and store credit because of the shipping delays. I know this was given to everyone, not just those who complained, because I didn’t.

Slo is still in the early stages of development, and it's clear that building a solid foundation can be quite challenging. There were some delays in production and shipping (this often happens when suppliers don't meet their commitments), but the product itself is still quite nice. The fabric feels heavy yet soft, with a little stretch, and the seam details are well done (even though they’re not flat-felled). The pockets are really spacious, and I appreciate the gusset at the inseam. Although my order took a few months, Ralph did a good job of keeping me informed after I reached out, and I did eventually get my jeans! It's been a bit of a rough start, but I'm still curious to see how the company evolves and will consider trying out more of their designs in the future.

Great company with friendly and supportive staff. The wait is definitely worth it. Receiving jeans that are made to last and fit perfectly is really satisfying. There was a delay in shipping due to an issue on the shipping company's side, but Slo was quick to respond and made sure everything was sorted out. It's reassuring to know that I'm supporting a sustainable and ethical brand, and the team is really kind. While my order took a bit longer than I expected, I was informed at every step of the way. I would happily order from them again. The wait is totally worth it.

I can’t say I’m happy with this experience at all.

I can’t say I’m happy with this experience at all. I ordered a pair of jeans back in December 2023. After multiple requests for updates, I finally got my jeans in early April 2024. Unfortunately, the waist was over 10cm too large. I had asked for a "specialist" to take my measurements, but clearly, they couldn’t manage it. I raised the issue right away but still haven’t received a replacement or my money back. I’ve been asking for months now, but nothing has changed. On September 4, Ralph told me it would take about three weeks. Now it’s November, and of course, no jeans. I feel like I’ve been misled, and the customer service is just awful. Empty promises and excuses all the time. I would suggest not shopping here.

Very disapointed.

I have been waiting a year for my jeans and still no refund. I can't do a chargeback either. The so-called "customer service" just gives copy/paste replies saying wait 3 weeks. Very disapointed. Avoid this company.

I placed an order for a pair of jeans in January 2024, which is over a year ago, and I still haven't gotten them. I contacted customer service in August, September, November, and even recently. Every time they assure me the jeans will arrive in 2-3 weeks, but they still haven't shown up.
