    Saks and their team are great!

    Saks and their team are great! They always help customers. I got wrong dress once, but they fixed it fast even during busy time. Happy with them!

    Saks is great overall.

    Saks is great overall. I got some YSL stuff and palm angles from them. Everything was good, except customer service ain't the greatest. If you order online solo, it's fine. The Beverly Hills store is okay, but hardly any workers there. Only like 3 or 4, plus security.

    Delivery…

    Da company ain't bad, but dey messed up once when dey sent my stuff to da wrong place. Had to run around to find it. But other times, da stuff came fine. I bought lotsa stuff online. Only prob is dey don't send da original box for bags and stuff.

    I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding in early June.

    I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding in early June. When it arrived and I tried it on, there was a short sash/tape from the armpit to the bottom in a circle. This blocked me from seeing the dress fully. I removed the sash/tape, but the dress was too long and with the decoration on the bottom, it couldn't be altered. So, I returned it. Just came back from vacation and they sent my return back, saying it's not returnable because the sash/tape was cut. All other tags were still there. Spent 40 minutes with several customer reps, but they won’t change their policy. I now have a dress that doesn’t fit. This has been a poor experience - won’t buy from SaksFifthAvenue again!

    Awful customer service experience!

    Awful customer service experience! My order mysteriously vanished, and according to FedEx, it's been delivered, but they have no photo proof. I had to provide pictures of my personal elevator foyer to Saks, and they wouldn't let me file a claim until a frustrating 20 days had passed with no delivery. It's unbelievable that Saks would risk losing a customer over a mere $68.00. No chance of me shopping there again. Be cautious, buyers!

    Well, I got these off-white shoes,

    Well, I got these off-white shoes, right? I sent them back, and they handed me this store credit. When I tried to use it online, every attempt got rejected. I phoned customer service, and they said it's under investigation, hands tied, nothing they can do. Now I'm stuck without cash and no shoes. This company's a real letdown. I won't be buying anything from them again.

    Avoid this company!

    Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased two bags, but despite money leaving my account, I received no receipt. Worse still, my attempts to contact them via email have been met with silence. This screams scam. Stay away.
