Company seemed promising at first, but the reality of their service fell short. The initial concept was commendable, but the execution left much to be desired. The estimated costs provided were far from accurate, and I ended up shelling out much more than anticipated just to receive the box, let alone the items within it. What's worse, attempting to seek information or assistance proved futile, as nobody bothered to respond. Regrettably, I won't be giving Company another chance – never, never again.

Allerdings steht dort nur, dass die Einfuhr von Kampfmessern etc. verboten ist. Taschenmesser fallen nicht unter die Einfuhrbeschränkungen - ich habe bereits genug davon weltweit bestellt und hatte nie Probleme. Naja, ein wenig Schulung der Mitarbeiter bei shippn wäre sicher nicht schlecht...

Don't trust them

I ordered a phone from this site, thinking it was just another regular purchase. But soon, things went south. They wanted me to send them a screenshot of the invoice and my bank statement for verification. I did that, multiple times, but no response whatsoever. Tried calling their support, but the number was out of service. The email support? Equally useless. They even threatened to close my account if I didn't ship my package within 48 hours, and guess what? They did just that and kept my phone! It cost me $1,100, and now I'm stuck, unable to get a refund or my phone back. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but this company seems to not care at all. Don't trust them.
