I contacted support to ask if I could swap my fiancées

I contacted support to ask if I could swap my fiancées ring after our wedding on July 5th since it’s a bit too large. Their reply surprised me, they not only congratulated me on our big day but said it would be no problem at all to exchange later. Then they sent a new one right away and told me I didn’t have to send back the first ring and it wouldn’t count toward my two replacements. THIS WAS THE BEST customer service I have EVER received! I will always recommend ridge. Their products are nice and they have amazing customer service that really amazed me. I feel so lucky! Thank you Ridge!!!

I grew to like Ridge products one purchase at a time.

First, I bought the wallet and really liked it. Then came the key ring and after that, a complete set of travel bags. As a flight paramedic, the toughness of these things is very important to me. Ridge products have the strength I need. The customer support is great too.
