My custom order experience with the company was quite satisfactory. The embroidery thread closely matched my brand's color, although not perfectly accurate. However, the hat's fit was a bit stiff and sat higher on my head than expected. Given my particularity about hats and the inability to try it on beforehand, I'm still content with the final product. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and I'm pleased with the outcome.

He assured me that I'd get my refund within 7-10 business days, but that hasn't happened. Despite their confirmation in email, Capbeast hasn't followed through on the refund. Now, they're not responding to my messages, and I may have to explore legal options to get my money back.

I ordered two hats, and they completely messed up one of them. Despite my willingness to pay for a replacement due to minor mistakes on the original hat, it's been two months with no response or delivery. I've sent three emails, but after the first one, they simply stopped responding. They've essentially robbed me of $75, leaving me with an unusable hat and no sign of the replacement. This site is an absolute joke.

AVOID CAPBEAST - IT'S A RIP-OFF!!! I ordered on Apr 13th 2024, and now it's July 25th 2024. They ignored me for ages, then said they canceled my order because of "Management Transition." They told me to contact my bank for a refund... They took my money and expect the bank to sort it out. Terrible service.
