I got a Kitbrix bag from Amazon 2 years ago for crossfit. It's been good, but the zipper broke recently. I was worried. Kitbrix's customer service was great though. They fixed it fast and were friendly. They sent me a new bag. I'm happy with it. Kitbrix did a good job.

The bag's design could be improved by adding space between the bottom and top compartment zips for easier access. As a personal trainer, I find the bottom zip a bit challenging to use. The top compartment's lack of a sealed divider is surprising, as items can drop into the bottom compartment. Despite these issues, the bag is sturdy, offers plenty of useful pockets, stands upright, and is waterproof—a notable positive.

Their response was basically, "No, buy another bag!" But when my boyfriend contacted them, they sold him a strap after some arguing. It's disappointing that you have to argue to get what you need, while regular customers just get a unhelpful "No."
