Als sie mir dann 30 € berechnet haben, habe ich ein Support-Ticket geöffnet und sie haben sofort geantwortet. Ich sagte ihnen, dass ich mein Passwort vergessen hatte, aber meine Mitgliedschaft kündigen wollte. Also habe ich ihnen den Zahlungsbeleg gezeigt und sie haben mir sofort mein Geld zurückerstattet und mein Abo gekündigt. Ich hatte nie Probleme mit ihrem Produkt und kann es jedem empfehlen, der nach einem Discord-Backup-Tool sucht.
