This platform is really good, and the team responds quickly to any questions. As a content creator, I’ve already made a lot of money selling merch within the first month of joining. I had heard about it from YouTube but thought it would be hard to set up. However, in just under 30 minutes, my website was live. Fourthwall is like Shopify, but much easier to set up and has lower fees. The best part is that it’s free to use, and they don’t charge you for hosting or launching your site. I can see this becoming a popular choice for website hosting soon. If they get some investment, they could easily compete with bigger platforms. As other platforms get more expensive and harder to use, I believe Fourthwall could really grow if they push their marketing more. The support team is always helpful, especially Eli!

I began using Fourthwall over 2 years ago as a merch store to offer more ✨fun✨ choices for my community, and it has turned into so much more for me! I use it as my main website as well to connect to other social media pages, artist pages (for my music on Apple Music and Spotify) and all the other things I’ve created. With clear guides on how to set everything up, I was also able to buy my own domain and link it to Fourthwall, to really make a smooth one-stop shop for everyone. For any content creator, or really anyone looking for a place COMPLETELY free to kick off their journey, I can't recommend Fourthwal enough.

I’m really impressed with Fourthwall!

I’ve used many other P.O.D platforms before, and Fourthwall is by far the best one I’ve tried. Their customer service is super nice and helpful. Not long ago, I had a question and got a reply from a customer service person the same day. I needed help from a certain team, and Eli, a very kind and professional rep, worked hard to find the answer for me. He even sent me a link to a video where he carefully explained each step, which made everything much clearer and gave me confidence to move forward. I definitely recommend Fourthwall!

I’ve been using Fourthwall for my store and product platform, and I’m very pleased. The tools are great — simple to add products, control stock, and tailor the shop to match my brand just right. But the best part is their team: whenever I asked a question or needed help, they responded quickly, were very helpful, and truly cared about giving me what I needed. It’s hard to find a platform that mixes good tools with really good customer care. Strongly recomended!

Many companies avoid answering questions

Many companies avoid answering questions upfront and instead direct you to chat with AI bots (which isn’t much help). I appreciated how Vince and Fourthwall offered a real human connection and that Vince spent a full 30 minutes on a video call with me to go over everything Fourthwall could do. After that conversation, and seeing how great my site turned out, I’m now a loyal customer.

For some time, I couldn't get my payout even though

For some time, I couldn't get my payout even though I was a few dollars over the limit. I’m not sure why I waited so long, but I decided to contact Fourthwall Support for assistance. Within 20 minutes, I got follow-up emails and was told my payout would be handled soon. They clearly explained why my payout wasn’t going through, and their replies were quick and helpful overall.

I was told I'd get an email about my issue within 12 business hours. However, I received a response in just 30-45 minutes, and my issue was sorted out within 20 minutes. Fast reply, quick fix, and all done with a friendly attitude. I couldn't have hoped for better service. I'm glad I picked the right site for my merch!
