I used a QR code app for something and accidantely tapped on the ad without noticing. I pressed to pay 0.01 and confirmed without any sign that I just signed up for a very costly subcription.

If I could rate Mika from Box Customer Service 0 stars, I would. I’m still locked out of my box account. The company I work for has a premium account, but apparently, that doesn’t mean anything when it comes to getting a contractor back into their account. I’ve sent them all the documents they’ve asked for, but every time it’s either "we need something else" or "we can’t accept that." It’s been a whole week, and all I need is the QR code or for them to remove 2FA so I can log back in. I’ve sent everything but my blood type at this point, and they still don’t believe I own the account. And the best part? Mika only lets me get one email a day about it. What a mess of a company.

While the system works fine

While the system works fine, their support team is terrible and the subscription feels like a ripof. Paying yearly should come with better treatment than a monthly plan, but they dont care. If you want to add more seats, they will be quick to charge you for the remaining term. That’s fair. But if you want to remove seats, they hide behind contract rules and refuse to give any money back.

There are strict limits on the file sizes. The site keeps pushing you to upgrade by displaying a full screen ad for the paid plans with a small grey cross in the corner.
