Shopify is good for hosting and designing e-commerce sites. It's easy to use with many features and plugins. Pricing could be clearer.

Absolutely terrible. I had two stores set up.

Absolutely terrible. I had two stores set up. All active and working until the Day I paid for and set up a tiktok ad which greatly increased traffic to my store... Except Shopify Deactivated my store with Zero explanation or warning!!! Meanwhile they left the other one with no paid advertising open and active! I've contacted support 4 times and no response other than we've escalated it. They then asked me to reprovide all the documents I'd already uploaded onto both stores.. I'm absolutely disgusted with this service. It's been over a week and still nothing has been fixed, I can't even sign into my shopify store to review it! They should not be allowed to do things like this to paying customers.

Started my own jewelry webshop.

Started my own jewelry webshop. Worked hard for weeks. Suddenly got a message: account in violation of rules. Webshop closed, no explanation. Can appeal by filling a form. Did that, sent docs, legit shop. 2 weeks, no response. Chat not helpful, just wait. Outrageous. No explanation, hard work for nothing. What a peace of ... company.

Shopify's service is really poor. They should just quit.

Shopify's service is really poor. They should just quit. There are SOOO MANY fraud chargebacks on their Collective app, which links your store's products with others, and vice versa. They give charge/order fulfillment advice and checks, yet a seemingly fine order ends up as a chargeback, costing you THOUSANDS. Their rules set you up to fail. They want a cut of your money but don't want to invest themselves. Plus, paying thousands a month for PLUS and competing on Collective losses is just absurd. It's a real joke. Save yourself the hassle, get a pro, and switch to WordPress or other options.

They used to be okay.

They used to be okay. Now, they're one of the worst hosting services out there. They don't own up to their problems at all. We've lost tons of sales because of their outages, they are very slow to address any problems you find, and they'll blame other apps or payment providers instead. Everything they say is false. What a ripoff of a company.

Shopify can be a real pain if you sell any brand goods without a manufacturer's agreement. They'll freeze your account, keep your fees, and delete your site and data. They'll even ask for agreements from dead companies and invoices for 50-year-old $2 items.

Nem segítenek, ha gond van. Egyszer vissza akartam vinni valamit, de csak Shopify pénzben adták vissza, ami lejár, pedig én nem azzal fizettem. Egyszer csak görgettem az oldalt, és hirtelen megvásároltak valamit, amit én soha nem kattintottam meg. Írtam a Shopify-nak, de nem voltak hajlandók visszatéríteni vagy bezárni azt a boltot, így elvesztettem 72 dollárt valamiért, amit nem is vettem meg, igazán átvertek és semmit nem tesznek ez ellen!!

Vettem egy okos ventilátort, amit a platformjukon hirdettek, de még mindig nem kaptam meg, és nem válaszolnak nekem. Ez egy átverés. Írtam nekik emailt, de semmi visszajelzés. Elbuktam 39 fontot. Ne bízzatok meg ebben a cégben.

2016-ban használtam a Shopify-t, akkor nagyon jó volt, most megint csináltam egy fiókot, de elhagytam a belépési kódokat, így nem tudok bejutni. Gondoltam, könnyű lesz, írok a Shopify-nak, és megoldják, de már 45 napja várok, és semmi. Sok üzletet veszítettem emiatt. A support chatben azt mondják, lépjek be, hogy e-mailben írjak nekik. MIVEL? Hogy lépek be kód nélkül? A supportot most NULLÁRA értékelem, a domainemet átviszem máshova, nincs más megoldásom.
