Customer service is really great—they respond within a decent time and are there to help you with any problems you may encounter using their platform. The Turno app and their support team for cleaners have been pretty good. A client faced some issues with accepting my bid, and Ruby from support was fast to provide me with help and even suggested sending the client an email on how to accept the bid. Enjoying it so far!

The service isn't nearly as 'automaed' as they claim. Duplicate cleanings keep getting scheduled, and I have to delete them daily. Support admits their system can't spot duplicates. So much for automation!
