Great software! The video and sound are very good and I can set it to shut down the computer when it’s done. It’s realy easy to use.

I would give this company zero stars if it were possible, but 1 star is the lowest. StreamGaGa simply does not do what it promises. I bought it to download some shows from ITV, only to find out that ITV downloads DON'T WORK. I contacted StreamGaGa's customer service, which is very poor, and they confirmed that ITV downloads aren't functional. But they still claim the software supports ITV downloads, which is false advertising. On top of that, their customer service is HORRIBLE. They show no interest and ignored my refund request. Now, I’m getting my refund through other methods. STAY AWAY from this company!!

Streamgaga took money from me without asking

Streamgaga took money from me without asking first and without telling me. They charged me $59 for a resubscription, but I didn't want to resubscribe. They didn't inform me before the billing period started. I emailed them asking for a refund, but they haven't replied. I just want my money back.

I purchased the program, but then discovered

I purchased the program, but then discovered that the website I wanted to download from wasn't supported (even though it was listed as supported on the StreamGaGa site!). The email replies are slow, and they refuse to issue a refund.

Streamgaga charged me 59 dollars for a resubscription without my consent or any prior notice. I never wanted the resubscription. I've reached out for a refund, but they haven’t replied. I want my money back.
