This is a really good mapping tool with great customer support. I used it to map the route for dropping off teacher appreciation gifts to all of her staff's homes. Paul was super helpful, showing me how to use different tools, such as ensuring labels appeared and creating optimized routes. He even gave us an extra 10 days on the trial to make a map for our 8th graders graduation parade.

The search feature for pins could use some improvement.
The search feature for pins could use some improvement. Sometimes, the geo-coding of addresses doesn’t work as expected, leading to pins being placed in wrong countries. It would also be really useful to add a zip code option on the map for easier territory building. In our business, we assign sales areas using three-digit zip codes.

Good company and support team. They have put effort into meeting our specific needs for the mapping software. With a large amount of data mapped, the map sometimes takes a bit of time to update after every key/mouse action.

The search function for pins could be a bit better.
The search function for pins could be a bit better. Sometimes, the geo-coding of addresses doesn't work correctly (for example, pins are placed in the wrong countries). It would be great if there was a zip code feature that could overlay the map for building territories. Our company assigns sales areas using three-digit zip codes.
