Despite investing $20,000 two years ago, I'm still without the promised program. The migration was botched after 14 months, and their support fell short. Even after seeking help, they deemed the contract fulfilled. Now, they insist on more funds, citing additional programming needs. I've engaged in extensive dialogue with them, but to no avail.
