When my husband went to look at the house

When my husband went to look at the house, we didn't meet anyone. It was a code that we put in and then applied. It was okay but after we applied our anxiety kicked in because we submitted a lot of our personal information online to a company we never heard of. We prayed and waited. It was very different. Then we read some reviews and some people were saying it's a scam. We got approved for the house and we had to send money even though we did and were still scared that we were getting scammed. We waited until the day we were to move and we finally saw a human. It wasn't the owner but it was a company they used to do the maintenance and repairs. We have moved into the house and have been there for over a week. I must say that overall it was great and to assure people it's not a scam it's just we're moving into the new wave of everything being done electronically.

Everyone I talked to online was very nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. The process to get my previous rental history was kinda taxing but nothing insane. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. I'd recommend this to a friend, but warn that it might not happen as fast as other rental processes elsewhere. But they do have good customer service from what I've experienced!

We were approved for a place

We were approved for a place and paid the required fees, only to be told later that we didn't get the place because someone else got it. We transferred the address, but we haven't heard back from anyone all month. We don't like the way they do business. It's frustrating that they would send multiple people an approved status for the same place. This doesn't reflect well on their business practices.

Honestly, this was much better than other application processes we've gone through. We got more chances to explain details that we couldn't in other applications. They looked at our pet details right away, which helped the property managers give the green light fast. It felt good knowing they were already approved without waiting for another screening. They were also very flexible, letting us take an extra day to provide the pet info. It just felt more personal compared to our past experiences!

We submitted the application fee and filled out the form on 6/4/2024 via Findigs. The Company promptly reviewed it. We got updates shortly after through the company we worked with. Scheduled a showing before applying. Thankfully, everything went smoothly. Contacted the Company managing it the next day. Received confirmation on Monday, June 10th. It is approved and went from there. Thank you RPM for helping my family and I in our move to a new home. GOD BLES!

Great property management company. It was simple to find a rental home and complete all the steps for moving in. The Trustmark staff member, Raquel, at the Harker Heights office was really kind and assisted me with any issues I had. Highly recomend!
